Dear Acquisition Team, Following our preliminary discussions regarding the Wilhelmshaven refinery and adjacent land package, GVP Commodities (HOS) formally requests to initiate the 90-day due diligence period as outlined in our draft SPA. Operational records (last 5 years) 2. Environmental compliance certifications and any remediation history 3. Capacity utilization data and throughput statistics 4. Employee contracts and labor agreements 5. All existing permits, licenses, and regulatory filings 6.
